Krista Stevens

Creating great custom finish messages is a wonderful way to thank participants for taking time out of their day to take your survey and give you important feedback that you need to improve your business, school, or organization. Did you know that you can further customize your survey’s finish page by using a language pack to change the default Survey Completed message that appears at the top of the finish page to a word or phrase of your choice? It’s a snap. Here’s how to do it.

If you haven’t already, you need to create a survey.

Next, we need to create a language pack to change the default Survey Completed text that you see at the end of the survey to something different. To create a language pack, click on Language Packs at the top of your dashboard:

On the language packs page, select Survey Pack from the Create a new dropdown:

Next, give your new language pack a name:

Then, scroll down the page until you see the text box for Survey Completed. Enter the new text of your choice:

Now, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the blue Save Pack button:

Let’s assign your new language pack to your survey. Hover over the title of your survey in your dashboard and click on Edit:

Scroll down to the Survey Options area and under Language Customization, select the name of your language pack from the list:

Finally, click on the blue, Save & Add Questions button for your changes to take effect:

Check out the new custom finish page on the survey. Nifty!
