New Exports: Google and Excel

We know that the data you collect is important, and we’ve added two new ways to access it: export to Google Documents and to Excel.

These new exports compliment our existing CSV and XML exports.

You can find the exports from the export button at the top of most survey, quiz, and poll report pages:

The Excel export will make it even easier to open your data in Excel, and can contain multiple sheets of data.

The Google Documents export allows you to upload your data directly into a Google Spreadsheet. This is done securely through Google’s approved web application mechanism, and you are in full control.

First you need to grant Polldaddy.com access to your Google Documents account. Polldaddy is registered with Google and all data transfered is secure.

We do not have access to any personal information and only insert new spreadsheets.

You only need to grant access once. You can revoke access at any time through your Google account:

Naturally you can still export data from Polldaddy as Excel or CSV, and import it directly into Google Documents yourself.
