Polls now compatible with .NET pages

In our ongoing quest to make our Polls more accessible to more people we have recently removed the form tags from our Polls.

There was an issue when a Poll was placed within a standard .NET aspx page that caused browsers problems, due to multiple forms present on the same page. Removing the Form tags from the polls now means that Polls are compatible with .NET aspx pages.
