The Navigation Bar is a Project top-fixed element that allows you to give your audience some information about their progress and also allows them to navigate to previous pages on a multi-page project.

Enabling the Navigation Bar
Showing the Navigation Bar is pretty simple:
- On your project, click the gear icon on the top-right side of the screen to open the Sidebar;
- Make sure to select the “Project” tab;
- You’ll see the “Navigation” section;
- Change the available switches to enable and customize the Navigation Bar according to your needs;

Navigation Bar Options
There are a few switches that allow customizing the Navigation Bar:
“Show pagination”: Shows the current page and the total pages of the project.
“Show progress indicator”: Shows visual elements that allow the user to know their current progress on the project.
“Show back button”: Show a button that allows the user to navigate back to the previous project’s pages. They will see their already submitted answers and will be able to change them if necessary.
Small Projects vs Big Project
To give your audience a better experience regarding their progress, the Progress Indicator will change according to the total pages of the project.
On smaller projects, with five or less pages, the Progress Indicator will be shown in the form of a group of small dashes. The current page dash will be highlighted, while the other dashes will be more opaque.

On bigger projects, with more than five pages, the Progress Indicator will be shown in the form of a continuous line that will expand to match the project’s current progress percentage.
