Add a field to your project that you can use to ask users to choose a date. This is handy to collect any number of things such as a birthday, a day they would like to attend an event or anything else you can imagine! The dates are always sent to the results page in a uniform format making it easy to manage dates in your forms.
To get started with the date block, start or edit a project and select the Date block from the form section of the block library.
Once the block is added to your form in the editor, you can customize the label for the block. This label also serves as the “question” in the form results.
Your visitors will see the label and the current date on the form once it’s published.
Click on the date and a calendar will pop up to select the desired date.
When your participant submits the survey, the answer will appear in the results page in the same way as any other questions/form inputs in your project. The label applied to the date picker block will appear as the question title in the results.
