Guide to connect Crowdsignal account to WordPress.com account

This guide is for users that already have a Crowdsignal account and are having trouble connecting their Crowdsignal.com account to a WordPress.com account so that they can login and access their Crowdsignal content.

I do not have a WordPress.com account

  1. Go to Login page and click the ‘Sign in with WordPress.com’ button Click this button
  2. As you don’t have a WordPress.com account, click the ‘Need an account?’ link step2
  3. Fill in new account form and click ‘Sign up ->’ button.
    Note: Your WordPress.com username can be different to your Crowdsignal.com username step3
  4. Authorize Crowdsignal step4
  5. You are redirected to Crowdsignal.com but you cannot log in until you activate your WordPress.com account step5
  6. An email is sent to the email address you used with your WordPress.com account, click the ‘Activate Account’ button step6
  7. Your WordPress.com account is now active, click the ‘Sign in to Crowdsignal’ button step7
  8. At this point, you will be asked to connect an existing Crowdsignal.com account if you have one by entering your Crowdsignal.com login. Click the ‘Connect Accounts’ button.
    Note: You will only need to do this once step8
  9. You will now be signed into your Crowdsignal.com account.

I have a WordPress.com account

  1. Go to Login page and click the ‘Sign in with WordPress.com’ button Click this button
  2. As you have a WordPress.com account, enter WordPress.com login details and click the ‘Sign In’ button setp2-1
  3. Authorize Crowdsignal step4
  4. At this point, you will be asked to connect an existing Crowdsignal.com account if you have one by entering your Crowdsignal.com login. Click the ‘Connect Accounts’ button.
    Note: You will only need to do this once step8
  5. You will now be signed into your Crowdsignal.com account.
